Platinum Service Plan

The Ned Stevens Platinum Service Plan is a popular plan which will protect your gutters and home from damage that can be caused by clogged gutters. As a Platinum Service Plan Member, you receive 4 of the 6 recommended cleanings listed in our overview. The 4 cleanings we recommend under the Platinum Service Plan include March to clear out the branches, dirt and other winter debris so that they are ready for the “April Showers”; in June to clean out all the oak tassels, seed pods, ragweed, “helicopters”, and other debris that land all over our properties; and then twice in the Fall, including late October, and late November, weather permitting, to remove all the clogs caused by leaves that come down throughout the Fall season.

Additionally, the Platinum Service Plan comes with great free benefits:

  • Free Priority service during our peak seasons, weather permitting.
  • Next day emergency service at no additional cost (usually a cost of $150), weather permitting (not including November and December).
  • Additional charges like re-nailing or re-attaching are done at no charge (usually a cost of $10 to $50).
  • Free roof sweep with each gutter cleaning, upon your request (usually a cost of $25).
  • 10% off of New Gutter Installations & Repairs, as well as our Underground Drain service and spotlight installation service.
