Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Virginia, and Washington.

The opt-out rights described above currently apply only to residents of the states listed
in the “Request to Exercise Your Opt-Out Rights” section, based on state privacy laws in
effect today. As additional states enact privacy laws, we will update this page.
