Have them to add a downspout from my backyard gutter. Have to call twice to make the appointment and then they came next day. 3 guys came with the equipment and installed it in less than half hour. MOSQUITO AND TICK treatment was SO THOROUGH! We used a different company last year, and by comparison, Ned Stevens was so much more thorough. The guy sprayed all over the property, hitting both the mulch, under our deck, and even the lower part of all the trees. Very impressed.... More »

We've used Ned Stevens for years and they always do a great job. Our town requires leaf bags for all vegetative waste - and Ned Stevens takes the debris away so we don't have to re-bag what they remove from the gutters. I pointed out the skylight windows of the screened in porch which did not phase them at all, although it looked like it might be a problem to me! This company does excellent work and always cleans up after themselves. On their last visit I asked them to reattach a downspout that had blown off in a high wind.
