Ned’s Pest Control provides an effective barrier to keep your home or business pest-free. While needs can differ based on factors like your location or specific pests, our experts recommend our triennial pest control service to create a durable barrier to stave off any uninvited guests.

For Ned’s Pest Control to provide the most effective pest service possible, removing the presence of breeding areas is key. Before hiring on our team, we suggest that you:
- Keep your gutter system clear
- Take out any linger tree stumps or fill them with sand
- Consistently mow and trim your lawn
- Get rid of any standing water on your property
The team of professionals from Ned’s Pest Control will let you know when they plan to arrive on the day of your pest treatment service. Before we start, we will advise you to bring any pets inside and close any doors or windows.
As our experts are executing our treatment plans, we ask that you:
- Remove any items in the yard such as clothing or toys
- Keep doors and windows closed for up to 1 hour after the service visit
- Secure your pets inside until 1 hour after the service visit is finished
For each visit, we guarantee that our team will come out automatically and perform a wonderful job. Once the service has been completed, we will leave a door hanger and pesticide notice on the lawn. Our team asks that you dispose of the notice 72 hours after the service has been completed. We also ask that no one walk on the lawn until one hour after the service is completed.

While effective, our power washing service does take some time to eliminate certain stains. Don’t worry if you still see mold or mildew stains after the service. This is completely normal and the stains will clear in due time.
Our power-washing solution kills lingering fungi, but for the complete effect, it can take approximately 4 to 8 weeks for it to be eliminated. The moss will change colors over time before turning completely white, where it will be easily removed by the rain.
While other power washing methods simply use forceful water, Ned’s Power Washing utilizes cleaning solutions, which cut into fungus, and kill it at the root. Our skillful cleaning keeps the area fungus-free for at least 2 years. If 8 weeks have passed since the cleaning and you believe that the solution was ineffective, we are happy to come right back and check the cleaning.
For our roofing cleaning service, we provide a 1-year guarantee for no returning moss or organic roof stains.

Our Underground Drain Snaking Division
Underground drainage can be impacted by clogs or tree roots. To keep your drains clear and your foundation safe, contact the team members from Ned’s Home to receive exceptional underground drain snaking services. Our clearing methods eliminate build-up while preserving the structure and stability of the drain itself. With our unclogging methods, we make sure your drain system is cleared and ready for the next round of rain.
We advise our customers that our snaking services are an attempt to clear out clogged underground drains only. Our team will not know the direct cause of the underground clog. Multiple types of clogs cannot be cleared successfully, so our team is unable to guarantee that the snaking will clear out the drains.
If the staff from Ned’s Home is unable to successfully clear your underground drain, we will install an aluminum above-ground extension. However, if your leader pipe is made of any other material, we cannot install the extension.
If you choose to have an above-ground extension installed, we will proceed with this option if our snaking service cannot fully clear your underground drain. Please note that the payment for our service will still be due in full, regardless of the outcome of our attempt to clear your drain.
