Should I Put Gutter Screens on my House?

Answer:  No!

While screens help keep big debris out of gutters, they do not stop small debris. Oak tassels, seed pods, buds, and smaller leaves will find their way through the screens, and cause gutter clogs. Take a look at the picture below—this was a customer who thought his screens were helping him!

Screens last approximately 2-5 years, and still require 2 time a year cleaning.

Save your money, leave your gutters open, and clean them 4 to 6 times with a service plan from an established, reputable company that is fully insured.
