Nolan began his tenure with Ned’s Home in 2020 and, along with his team, has successfully acquired dozens of gutter cleaning, pest control and lawn treatment businesses. Prior to Ned’s Home, Nolan worked as an investor at a middle-market private equity fund and as a management consultant with Bain & Company.

Lauren joined the Ned’s Home team in 2023 and plays a vital role in deal sourcing and execution. Prior to Ned Stevens, Lauren worked as a business acquisitions associate and as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank.

Vic founded his own pest control company, Ultrasafe Pest Management, in 2000. In 2024, Vic sold a majority stake in his company to Ned’s Home and joined our business acquisitions team. Vic helps other pest control and lawncare business owners learn more about the processes of selling a small business. Vic is an Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) and an active member of several pest control educational organizations.
