At Ned Stevens we are open seven days a week, 363 days a year. Our hours are 6:00 am to 8:00 pm , Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 5:00 pm Friday and Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Sunday.
During our office hours you always get a live, skilled operator on the phone who can address all your needs.
Another difference at Ned Stevens is that all of our workers are trained employees, not contractors. Each employee goes through extensive service level training, customer service training, as well as safety training.
When our employees go to your house, they are trained to go through a methodical check-list to ensure the job is done correctly, efficiently, and to our high level standards.
