South Carolina might be known for its beach weather during the summer (Hello, Myrtle Beach), but don’t let that fool you. South Carolinians put up with lots of leaves and cold winters, which makes keeping up with your gutters a very important hassle. Thankfully, they have Ned Stevens to help. Step away from the ladder! We’ve got this.

About Us

Since 1965, Ned Stevens has been providing gutter cleaning service to homeowners across the nation. We have set the standard for the gutter cleaning industry and continue to provide customers with full cleaning and inspection upon every visit to homes.

Maintaining your gutters properly is one of the most important things you can do to sustain your home’s value and beauty. Located in South Carolina and 10 other states, we offer all of the essential pieces of proper gutter maintenance to keep your home safe.

Our Guarantee

We believe in providing the best service possible to our customers across the nation. Because of that belief, all of our work is fully guaranteed. South Carolina

As the birthplace of sweet tea and barbecue, South Carolina is one of the most exciting (and delicious) states in the country. Personally, we love SC for all of the following and more.

The Food

The birthplace of barbecue and sweet tea knows a thing or two about good food. From finger licking good smoked meats to fabulous oyster bars, finding good food in South Carolina is as easy as pie.

Looking for some quality seafood? Try The Oyster Bar in Columbia. Don’t forget the mother shuckers sauce!

Maybe you want something a little more upscale? FIG in Charleston is just waiting to rock your socks off. From ricotta gnocchi to beef tartare, this place will have you full and happy. Plus, this restaurant has been featured on the Food Network. Twice.

Is bacon calling your name? Bacon Bros Public House in Greenville has the answer to your prayers. Try the wings. Or the pork shank. It’s a win. Seriously.

The Festivals

Like any southern state, South Carolinians love their festivals. The South Carolina State Fair is one of the most popular events in the area, lasting 12 days during October. Featuring food, fun, music and everything in between, you don’t want to miss this fest.

Are you a lover of sweet tea? Let’s be honest. If you are from the south, you are a fan of sweet tea, and in Summerville, they celebrate the nectar of the Southern gods with a little Sweet Tea Festival . Plus, Summerville is the birthplace of sweet tea. So it makes sense. (Thanks, Summerville.)

The Landmarks

South Carolina is home to the oldest living thing east of the Mississippi River. Angel Oak, a massive oak tree at John's Island , is thought to be more than 1,500 years old.

For a deeper delve into history, visit Charles Towne Landing, the site where a group of English settlers landed in 1670 and established what would become the Carolina territory.

You can also visit America’s most photographed plantation. Boone Hall Plantation has been featured on dozens of TV shows and movies alike. (Did you see The Notebook?)

The Great Outdoors

Whether you want to hike mountains or zip line near waterfalls, South Carolina has everything you might be looking for. While the beaches might drag in a ton of tourists, the mountains, specifically the Blue Ridge Mountains, are just as beautiful and exciting.

Falls Creek Falls are among the most gorgeous waterfalls on the eastern side of the country. The hike to the falls might be hefty (bring lots of water and an extra pair of legs), but the view is more than worth the effort.

The Attractions

As the premier beach location on the east coast, South Carolina’s coast will meet all of your beach dreams. Myrtle Beach is a 60 mile crescent on the coast of the Atlantic ocean. When summer time rolls around, all you will want to do is lay on the beach and drink lemonade.

But what about the rest of the year? Well you can attend a Clemson Tigers game, of course! Maybe you need a place to take the kids? Family Kingdom Amusement Park has more than 38 rides for the entire family to enjoy!

For those who are looking for a little beauty and relaxation, visit one of South Carolina’s most beloved attractions. Brookgreen Gardens combines art, history and a zoo. Enjoy a boat ride, too!

The Character

South Carolina has the true charm of the South. From the glamour of Charleston to the sunny fun of Myrtle Beach, South Carolinians aren’t lacking in the character department. Just don’t ask a South Carolinian what makes their BBQ so special. You might get a little snark with your answer. (Because the answer is simple. It’s simply the best.)
